Artist Foundation of San Antonio Artist Edition Series

Who doesn't want own a work of art by one of San Antonio's premiere artists?  Renowned artist Lloyd Walsh created an exclusive print edition in collaboration with Hare & Hound Press to benefit the Artist Foundation of San Antonio.

As an exclusive benefit for the Elf Ball HO HO HO! Sponsors we are gifting the few remaining prints out of the original edition of 15.

Lloyd Walsh's untitled print is approximately 24" x 26" with an image approximately 11 inches square in direct gravure on archival rag paper.  Direct gravure is a process by which an artist's drawing is exposed to and etched onto a copper plate, then printed on an etching press using inks and rag paper making it completely archival and very rich looking.

One unframed print will be included exclusively in the HO HO HO! Sponsorship packages. Only three original prints are available so act quickly and reserve your table now!  Prints will be reserved in the order which sponsorships are received. But, don't worry, if all three prints are claimed before you secure your HO HO HO! Sponsorship, the Artist Foundation will assure that you receive an equally collectible and valued work of art.

ABOUT THE ARTIST
Lloyd Walsh currently lives and works in San Antonio, Texas where he received his BFA in Photography from the University of Texas at San Antonio. He received his MFA in Painting and Drawing from the California College of Arts and Craft in Oakland, CA. He has shown at several Texas museums, as well as nationally and internationally. Lloyd Walsh's general interest in history and mythology manifests itself in this particular print thematically through symbols from the story of Medusa. Walsh is primarily known for his exquisitely rendered, representational paintings.

ABOUT THE ARTIST EDITION SERIES
The Artist Foundation of San Antonio Artist Edition Series is an ongoing project commissioning area artists to produce small editions of artwork in whatever medium each artist chooses to work.  The editions are offered for sale to the public with the proceeds benefiting The Artist Foundation.  The limited edition by artist Lloyd Walsh is the first series to be created.
