The Artist Foundation of San Antonio announces the second round of grants
totaling over $80,000 in awards for local artists.
The opportunity to apply
for up to fifteen (15) $5,000 Awards for individual artists, nearly double
the number from 2006, was announced today by the Artist Foundation of
San Antonio. The awards will be made in the categories of visual, performing,
literary and media arts. In addition, the Foundation is announcing special
awards in Classical Singing, Theatrical Set Design and Theatrical Costume
Design. Additionally, one artist will receive the Robert L.B. Tobin Grand
Prize for Artistic Excellence. Complete information as to eligibility,
