Timeline

• September 1, 2011 - Award applications are available exclusively online at www.artistfound.org.
• The Application Workshop will be held October 8, 2011 at the Trinity University Digital Lab.
• 11:59 pm, October 15, 2011 - Deadline for opening an application. Submission deadline is 11:59 pm, October 17.
• Artist selections take place when the panels meet during the weeks preceeding the announcement of awards.
• All applicants are notified of decisions by mail starting after our November 8th Board Meeting.

The first award payment in the sum of $2,500 will be made to each award recipient on November 2011. By no later than May 2012 all award recipients submit an interim report, which if satisfactory will generate the second payment of $2,000. $500 will be withheld pending Final Report submission to the Artist Foundation.
