CAST FROM SPAIN OPENS 2012 SEASON WITH ALL NEW PRODUCTION AIRE
SAN ANTONIO, TX, JANUARY 5, 2012: Award winning EntreFlamenco Company presents AIRE at the EntreFlamenco Dance Space on February 3 and 4, 2012 at 8:30 p.m. The first production of their 2012 San Antonio season will feature Flamenco Masters Antonio Granjero and Estefania Ramirez from Jerez de la Frontera, Spain and their company. Musicians included in the cast are Guitarists Ricardo Anglada, Brent del Bianco and Singer Roberto Lorente from Madrid. AIRE is a full-length dance performance featuring new work which has received the 2011 Choreography award from the Artist Foundation of San Antonio. This new production will showcase authentic flamenco music and dance from Southern Spain featuring group choreographies, solos and duets, as well as innovative musical collaborations.
EntreFlamenco Dance Space is located at West Loop II, 5407 Bandera Rd. Suite 107, San Antonio, TX. Tickets are $30.00 or $50.00 and are available in person or by calling (210)842-4926. Performances will continue on a monthly basis through April dates and times TBD.

EntreFlamenco Company was founded by Antonio Granjero in 1998. Based originally in Madrid, Spain, the company traveled throughout the Iberian peninsula in the Palau de la Musica de Barcelona, Festival de Verano de la Communidad de Madrid and Ciclos Culturales de Alcala de Henares (Madrid). The company has also traveled the United States and Central America performing in the Houston Hobby Center (Houston, TX), Charline McCombs Empire Theatre (San Antonio, TX), Festival Flamenco de Santa Barbara (Santa Barbara, CA), Teatro National de Panama (Panama City, Panama), Rio Grande Theare (Las Cruces, NM), Maria Benitez Teatro (Santa Fe, NM).
